About the Event
Want to continue to bring in the New Year the right way? On Saturday, January 9th we are celebrating how arts and wellness contribute to better health, physically and emotionally. A variety of classes from dance to tai chi and 10 minute mini acupressure sessions will be available. All are free to community. Classes are open to youth and adults. Youth under 12 must be accompanied by a parent. Reserve in advance. Class maximum of 10 persons. Masks required.
